Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Global Operations Engineering and extended teams to launch products on time.
  • •Organize and lead mechanical sample and assembly parts reviews from mockup through pilot, identifying defects early and improving process capabilities.
  • •Ensure manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability; manage product changes and minimize engineering disruption to customer orders.
  • •Partner with operations to analyze equipment and test plan requirements, run verification and experimental tests, and ensure ready-to-ship release and transition to production/sustaining.
  • •Lead operations trouble-shooting and issue analysis, drive root cause identification, and develop aligned workarounds to meet business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering knowledge in areas such as industrial engineering, program management, quality management, or computer-related engineering.
  • •Strong adaptability.
  • •Great communication in English and Chinese.
  • •Interest in the job of manufacture or factory.
  • •Master’s degree is a plus; factory internship experience is desirable.
