Key Responsibilities

  • •Build customer discovery and validation by interviewing PI firms, running usability testing, and partnering with Sales/Customer Success/Support to identify problems.
  • •Develop product strategy and ownership by owning the PI roadmap, prioritizing by impact and value, and sequencing trade-offs across the PI portfolio.
  • •Create and iterate prototypes by producing wireframes/flows and using AI-assisted tools (including Claude Code) for rapid customer validation.
  • •Partner with an Australia-based engineering team by providing context, priorities, and fast answers to harden AI-assisted development for delivery.
  • •Support launches and iteration by collaborating with Product Marketing, tracking adoption/feedback, and improving based on usage data.

Key Requirements

  • •B2B SaaS product management experience taking products from problem definition through launch (typically 6+ years), with strong ownership of a product area or portfolio.
  • •Own a roadmap and outcomes, not just feature delivery, including modernizing or replacing existing functionality with real users.
  • •Comfort with AI-assisted design and prototyping, using tools such as Claude Code, and ability to create wireframes and prototypes without waiting on a designer.
  • •Experience working with a distant/time-zone engineering team and collaborating effectively across time zones.
