Monitor progress through Stride K12’s learning management system, maintain grade books, and use data to guide instructional decisions. Partner with students and families for timely communication, support learning coaches/parents with troubleshooting, and prepare students for standardized testing. Travel occasionally for professional development and testing.

•Provide synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students
•Personalize learning and differentiate instruction based on student mastery
•Augment course content using prescribed policies and tools under principal/coach guidance
•Maintain grade book integrity, manage placements/promotions, and alert administrators to concerns
•Communicate with students and families and support learning coaches/parents with virtual classroom troubleshooting

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree
•Active state teaching license
•Ability to clear required background check
•Ability to work independently 40+ hours per week with a professional home office
•Tennessee residents preferred (residency and Tennessee teaching license prior to employment)
