Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and enforce high quality standards for requirements, prototypes, and documentation across the pod, reviewing briefs and workflows before they reach clients or engineering.
  • •Serve as the primary escalation point between FDPMs, Technical Account Managers, implementation engineering, and core product leads to unblock complex or contested requirements.
  • •Build and maintain a shared operational playbook (templates, workflow patterns, prompting approaches) and feed recurring learnings into the core product roadmap.
  • •Coordinate pod capacity and workload across active deployments, flagging gaps to the Director of Product, and step into active deployments when stakes are high.
  • •Surface pod-wide progress, metrics, and operational blockers to product and delivery leadership.

  • •Strong product mindset with hands-on execution, leading through influence and authority-by-expertise rather than formal management authority.
  • •Ability to spot recurring trends across distinct client contexts and translate them into scalable, generalized solutions.
  • •Hands-on capability with modern AI tools, workflow design, prompting, and rapid prototyping; able to critically review others’ technical output.
  • •Comfortably shifts between high-level pod strategy and granular execution within the same deployment.
  • •Experience as a Forward Deployed PM, Solutions Consultant, Implementation Lead, or Technical Services Lead in SaaS, AI, or startup environments; can lead initiatives or informal teams in fast-paced, client-facing settings.
