Senior Mechanical Construction Cost Manager / Estimator

Act as the client’s key day-to-day interface, delivering value-added mechanical cost management services across the construction lifecycle. Lead estimating and cost planning, negotiate change orders, and reconcile commercial data to keep cost estimates accurate. Coordinate with design teams, general contractors, and owners to produce updates, valuations, funding presentations, and monthly executive cost reporting while managing risks, contingency, and value engineering outcomes.
