Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate and track acquisitions through the acquisition lifecycle.
  • •Prepare statements of work (SOWs) and conduct labor category (LCAT) verifications for compliance.
  • •Route PWA (Project Work Authorization) requests for timely approval and documentation; log, track, and report employee travel requests per task order guidelines.
  • •Track and maintain updates for monthly progress reports (MPRs) and ensure deliverables are delivered on time.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and support task order managers during partner calls with agendas and action items.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 5 Public Trust.
  • •Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
