Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform primary operational duties while serving as a subject matter expert and go-to resource for assigned processes.
  • •Interpret, execute, explain, and troubleshoot departmental standard work, reinforcing adherence and identifying deviations or risks.
  • •Provide hands-on training for new hires, cross-training, and retraining using approved Standard Work Instructions.
  • •Support department leadership with advanced operational training needs, process changes, system updates, peak ramp-ups, recovery, and stabilization.
  • •Support operational stability by resolving process questions in real time, coaching through complex scenarios, and escalating systemic issues appropriately.
