Manager - Visual Merchandiser

Lead visual merchandising strategy across business units by coordinating with Brand Principals, Buyers, Sales Promotion, Marketing, Procurement, and Retail Operations. Develop and refine display and flow guides, ensuring quality and productivity standards. Own the end-to-end design, creation, testing, and rollout of in-store growth initiatives tied to store formats, including VM guidelines, space allocations, fixtures, layouts, and signage. Drive audits, training content, and talent development.
