Senior technical contributor responsible for end-to-end SOC design delivery, coordinating with SOC Architecture, CAD and customers to plan, develop and optimize SOC design and implementation, including PPA optimization and 3DIC solutions, with AI methods to improve FEINT and PD efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Technical lead on challenge PPA optimization and 3DIC solution
•Develop AI methods to implement FEINT and PD work efficiency improvement
•Interface with SOC Architecture, CAD and customers to plan, develop and optimize SOC design and implementation
•Drive end-to-end delivery of SOC solutions across multiple teams
•Collaborate effectively to advocate technical solutions in a team environment

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 682,360 - 974,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline preferred
•Familiar with RTL-to-GDS
•Knowledge of advanced process nodes, like 2nm and 3nm
•Experience with PPA optimization for high performance or low power design
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills
