Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with safety requirements and actively participate in safety programs with a goal of zero safety violations.
  • •Perform sustained manual labor (lifting, shoveling, carrying, staging, transferring) and handle materials weighing 50+ pounds.
  • •Weigh, measure, portion, and stage raw materials and finished product with high accuracy.
  • •Operate and support plant process equipment, including disassembly, reassembly, cleaning, and changeovers.
  • •Conduct quality control testing and accurately record production data; perform minor maintenance and basic troubleshooting as required.
