Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a quantitative field; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of data and analytics experience producing results in a complex financial services organization.
  • •3 years of people leadership experience building, managing, and/or developing high-performing teams.
  • •Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies.
  • •Strong ability to conduct moderately large-scale data analysis and communicate insights to executive-level leadership.
