Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversight of fund administration, including onboarding of fund administrator for new fund launches and NAV-related onboarding activities
  • •Perform periodic due diligence on fund administrators and oversee KPI review, coordinating with offshore resources on regulatory and operational issues
  • •Oversee NAV production controls and investor reporting during fund onboarding and ongoing reviews
  • •Governance and management reporting, including preparing information for senior management and identifying NAV process improvements
  • •Regulatory and tax reporting tasks and coordination with offshore consultants, plus general administrative duties

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar discipline
  • •4-6 years of relevant financial services industry experience (including a prior experience in a Big 4 or similar) with good understanding of alternative industry operations
  • •Strong technical accounting skills, experience in due diligence of Fund administrator or AIFM is an asset
  • •Knowledge of the local regulatory requirements in relation to AIFM and Luxembourg vehicles
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required. Strong appetite to use of technology, and to develop skills on new IT platforms
