Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering (or related) plus eight years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •Lead mechanical systems planning and execution in construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety/quality standards.
  • •Review mechanical design drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance with contract requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
  • •Demonstrated experience with mechanical systems, construction contracts, and regulatory requirements, including P100 and code compliance where applicable.
  • •Certified Construction Management, PMP, or Professional Engineer certification; OSHA 10-hour training preferred/required per listing.
