Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate tenders, including allocating to bid teams, managing schedules, and ensuring on-time, high-standard submissions with safety and quality focus.
  • •Prepare and manage tender queries/clarifications, ensuring accurate, compliant responses within client deadlines.
  • •Provide commercial support throughout tenders, including rate development, responding to commercial queries, and sharing best practices to improve competitiveness.
  • •Track, forecast, and proactively manage the opportunity pipeline with the Framework Manager and bid teams, and support bid governance inputs and meetings.
  • •Support framework reporting, cost/performance tracking, supplier and client engagement, documentation updates, and onboarding/training for project managers within the framework.
