•Engage with global teams to translate customer requirements into software requirements and identify optimized solutions.
•Troubleshoot complex software problems and provide timely status updates and proactive communication to stakeholders.

•8+ years of product software development experience, with a strong background in user interface development for standalone server/desktop Windows programs.

•Proficiency in object-oriented programming and design patterns, with solid computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, and basic OS concepts).
•Experience designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, sustaining, and documenting software changes for new requirements, enhancements, and defects.
•Use of source control tools such as Git; good to have experience with agentic coding/AI agent tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
