Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload pontoon boats using a hoist system and strap boats to trailers.
  • •Build the steel on the trailers for the load while following safety policies and procedures.

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Ability to perform physical requirements for 8+ hours (stand, walk, push/pull, bend, kneel, climb, squat) and lift upward of 40 lbs.

  • •Ability to follow policies and procedures and wear required PPE.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask calmly under pressure and meet production goals.
