Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Internal Control Business Partner for Global E-commerce (AMS), leading initiatives to evaluate policies, conduct internal control reviews, and perform risk assessments.
  • •Analyze operational and financial data to identify high-risk areas and anomalies and provide actionable management insights.
  • •Use data analytics tools to identify and address risks, drive process improvements, and support continuous risk monitoring implementation.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and process oversight to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to ensure critical risks are identified and addressed and to drive sustainable process improvements aligned to business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in internal control, internal audit, risk management, business consulting, or business analysis (preferably in complex, fast-paced environments).
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills to assess business operations and financial/operational data for risk exposure and anomalies.
  • •Moderate fluency in both Mandarin and English, including reading technical documents and communicating with China and non-China markets.
  • •Hands-on data analysis experience; proficiency in SQL and Python is strongly preferred.
