Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive individual and store sales targets, executing sales strategies and action plans from store managers.
  • •Maintain pricing, discounting, and giveaway controls; monitor cash register activity and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Provide high service standards: stay current on product knowledge and deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • •Maintain best retail operations: perform store opening/closing procedures and support visual merchandising.
  • •Support inventory integrity and reporting: conduct stock counts, resolve inventory discrepancies, update customer database, and submit stock control documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
  • •Proven sales achievement in the fashion or luxury brands market.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English and Bahasa.
  • •Good PC skills, including MS Office and basic understanding of a retail POS system.
