Support The Orchard’s artist campaigns on campus as a part-time marketing representative in Atlanta. You’ll promote 10–20 artists monthly through on‑campus activations, social content, and local collaborations, building relationships with student groups, stores, DJs, and media while reporting on campaign success and staying ahead of emerging music trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Organically create awareness of The Orchard’s artists by cultivating authentic relationships with key campus and local influencers including college radio, student organizations, newspapers, and community media to unlock opportunities for reviews, radio plays, interviews, and standout exposure.
•Maintain a local social media presence that promotes the artists you’ll be working with, utilizing a mix of digital assets that are supplied to you and creating your own content to support The Orchard’s artists
•Implement in-person marketing initiatives at record stores, lifestyle shops, and on campus
•Research appropriate online sites, forums, and networks for the key 18-24yr old demographic for each artist
•Research & attend local and campus events that will best facilitate the promotion of our artists

•Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a 4 year university in Atlanta with a minimum of 2 years left prior to graduation; availability of 20 hours per week
•Ability to manage your own hours and be accountable for the work assigned
•Passion for music and understanding of how peers discover and consume music; deep interest in music business & marketing
•Understanding of social media marketing; active presence creating content on TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube
•Transportation methods and live within 30 minutes of Atlanta
