Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead concept design activities for medium-complexity projects, ensuring aesthetic and compliant architectural outcomes.
  • •Develop concept and detailed designs and participate in preparing tender documents for design projects.
  • •Coordinate with concept design teams and other design specializations (e.g., Structural, Mechanical, Water & Environment) across all concept design stages.
  • •Review design deliverables with senior project team members and implement design revisions based on reviews and checking reports.
  • •Support stakeholders with value engineering, progress reporting, quality control/peer review, and supervision-stage RFIs and design conflict resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • •5+ years of experience in architecture in a top-tier regional or multinational engineering environment.
  • •Proven track record in concept architectural design, with in-depth knowledge of the field.
  • •Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Good communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
