Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
  • •Develop customized solutions within Salesforce to meet project objectives and business goals.
  • •Create POCs to help stakeholders understand proposed solutions and drive customer solution meetings.
  • •Evaluate and improve business processes by uncovering requirements and implementing solutions.
  • •Integrate systems using REST and SOAP APIs and manage projects by building plans and monitoring performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • •6 to 8 years of software development experience with Salesforce integrations.
  • •Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer 1/Platform Developer 2).
  • •Proficiency with Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components), RDBMS, and JavaScript (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, SFDX).
  • •Hands-on experience with web services/integrations using REST and SOAP, plus Data Cloud and Agentforce configuration/automation and prompt builder.
