Senior Software Engineer

Build and maintain configurations and code for Ethoca’s Salesforce application that supports Sales, Account Management, and Customer Support. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate business processes, prototype solutions, and lead enhancements that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Design solution frameworks, integrate systems using REST and SOAP APIs, and work with Data Cloud and Agentforce (including automation and prompt builder) while planning and monitoring project performance.
