Key Responsibilities

  • •Join the PLM Optiva team to support global projects for Research and Regulatory teams, connecting business needs with digital solutions.
  • •Help with Business Excellence work to simplify RD&A and Regulatory processes and maximize user benefits.
  • •Support Optiva Global Template deployments globally and learn how PLM connects with Kerryconnect SAP across product development to manufacturing.
  • •Identify gaps between business requirements and the global template, document requirements, and support process and functional design activities.
  • •Assist with enhancement testing by preparing test scripts, supporting data migration from legacy systems, and handling ticket queues via the support portal.

Key Requirements

  • •Studying or a recent graduate in Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related degree, with a 2:1 degree classification.
  • •Interested in the food and beverage industry and how products move into manufacturing.
  • •Curious about PLM solutions and Research & Regulatory processes, including how global digital templates support the business.
  • •Comfortable documenting requirements, supporting workshops, and communicating clearly with business stakeholders.
  • •Interested in testing and data analysis/manipulation, with confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams and Copilot.
