Training & Development Advisor (SA)

This role administers, coordinates, and evaluates learning programs to meet organizational needs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align training with business goals. You’ll identify gaps, implement programs, assess effectiveness, and guide employees to apply new skills within Aramco’s Corporate Academy Development Division.
