Job Summary

Provide technical and commercial support to customers, distributors, account managers and internal teams, focused on Ingersoll Rand’s compressed air systems portfolio. Serve as a technical reference to support business development by properly sizing solutions, delivering technical enablement and specialized sales support. Support sales effectiveness through training programs and sales tools, analyze RFQs and project requirements, and develop complete technical-commercial proposals while tracking opportunities in Sales Force Automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and implementation of commercial enablement tools and training programs to increase sales effectiveness.
•Create sales tools, technical presentations, and training that help sales teams perform better and increase market share for the product portfolio.
•Perform technical analyses and equipment sizing for projects based on RFQs, including scope evaluation, technical deviation identification, cost analysis, and competitive solution development.
•Develop complete technical-commercial proposals, ensuring correct equipment specification and delivering the best solution for internal and external customers.
•Manage and monitor commercial opportunities through Sales Force Automation platforms to ensure proper tracking and timely follow-up with direct and indirect channels.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Production, or related fields.
•Advanced English.
•Previous experience in technical and/or commercial areas.
•Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication.
