Key Responsibilities

  • •Create clear, engaging and accessible communications that help communities and stakeholders understand projects and impacts.
  • •Support public consultations, stakeholder engagement programmes, and community relations initiatives.
  • •Organise and coordinate engagement activities, including events, exhibitions, workshops, webinars, and surveys.
  • •Analyze consultation feedback and stakeholder insights, identify key themes, and present findings through reports and recommendations.
  • •Develop engagement materials (websites, virtual consultation platforms, brochures, fact sheets, posters, banners, and public-facing maps) and support projects across the UK and internationally.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-qualified, or equivalent experience in communications, engagement, consultation, public affairs, or a related field.
  • •Strong written communication skills, translating complex information into clear plain-English content.
  • •Experience producing communications materials such as newsletters, websites, fact sheets, brochures, or stakeholder updates.
  • •Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Demonstrable experience in communications, engagement, or stakeholder management.
