Job Summary

Deliver stakeholder engagement, public consultation, and communication programmes across a diverse portfolio of UK infrastructure and development projects. Create clear, accessible communications, coordinate events and virtual consultations, and analyze feedback to produce reports and recommendations. Join a UK-wide team of 40+ engagement professionals and collaborate with multidisciplinary WSP teams to support informed decision-making, within flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

•Create clear, engaging and accessible communications that help communities and stakeholders understand projects and impacts.
•Support public consultations, stakeholder engagement programmes, and community relations initiatives.
•Organise and coordinate engagement activities, including events, exhibitions, workshops, webinars, and surveys.
•Analyze consultation feedback and stakeholder insights, identify key themes, and present findings through reports and recommendations.
•Develop engagement materials (websites, virtual consultation platforms, brochures, fact sheets, posters, banners, and public-facing maps) and support projects across the UK and internationally.

Key Requirements

•Degree-qualified, or equivalent experience in communications, engagement, consultation, public affairs, or a related field.
•Strong written communication skills, translating complex information into clear plain-English content.
•Experience producing communications materials such as newsletters, websites, fact sheets, brochures, or stakeholder updates.
•Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Demonstrable experience in communications, engagement, or stakeholder management.
