Job Summary

Directly lead the Private Banking sales team and indirectly support the teams needed to deliver exceptional sales performance. Own financial results, execute a disciplined sales culture, and coach a high-performing organization through prospecting, centers of influence, and relationship development. Provide real-time support to relationship managers, build bench strength, partner with Credit to maintain asset quality, and drive community-based business development in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and coach the team’s sales efforts using consistent sales processes and tools, including prospecting and follow-up to leads.
•Maintain deep product/service knowledge and proactively track competitors to support team sales awareness.
•Provide real-time support to relationship managers by reviewing client needs and participating in joint calls.
•Manage talent assessment, acquisition, and ongoing coaching to deliver business results and build bench strength.
•Establish and track performance objectives, manage a cost center, and partner with Credit to support quality underwriting and asset quality.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of Private Banking, Investment Management, or Trust experience and/or progressively responsible and successful sales management experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience (required); master’s degree is preferred.
•Progress toward or completion of Cannon Trust Schools I, II, and III or equivalent industry training.
•CTFA (Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor) designation (preferred).
•Ability to uphold fiduciary and regulatory responsibilities when managing client assets and structuring wills and trusts.
