Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global visual merchandising vision and standards for windows, interiors, fixtures, signage, props, and customer-facing merchandising moments.
  • •Develop and translate seasonal brand stories, product launches, marketing campaigns, and commercial priorities into clear, executable visual concepts for store-level execution.
  • •Own global window strategy, planning calendar, creative development, production process, and execution standards across all channels.
  • •Lead monthly and seasonal interior merchandising directives, including product placement guidance, fixtures, signage, props, storytelling zones, and the end-to-end directive workflow.
  • •Manage production, vendors, shipping/installation support, and department budgets while leading and developing a North America-based visual merchandising team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in visual merchandising, design, fashion merchandising, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive visual merchandising experience in corporate retail, including at least 5 years leading visual merchandising strategy, windows, interiors, directives, production, and store execution across multiple markets.
  • •Leadership experience overseeing global or multi-market visual merchandising programs, including influencing cross-functional partners and regional stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) plus Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools.
  • •Experience developing programs for multiple store formats (Full-Price, Outlet, Travel Retail, shop-in-shop, showroom/wholesale) and managing vendors, production timelines, shipping, installations, and budgets.
