Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • •Strong understanding of and control over the production process, maintenance, sanitation, quality assurance, safety, and material management.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of team members and government officials.
  • •Demonstrated managerial/supervisory experience, including interviewing, training, assigning work, and coaching and discipline.
