Key Responsibilities

  • •Own implementation of Thunderbolt product features from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • •Translate product vision, user needs, partner feedback, and enterprise requirements into technical plans and shipped experiences.
  • •Work across the stack to build, integrate, test, and ship end-to-end product features.
  • •Build features for AI-powered chat, search, research, workflow automation, administration, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
  • •Follow through post-launch by reviewing usage, qualitative feedback, support signals, quality issues, and adoption patterns; instrument measurement approaches as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production applications with Staff-level scope and impact.
  • •Strong full-stack engineering skills across UIs, APIs, services, integrations, and data/infrastructure-adjacent areas.
  • •Experience owning complex product features end-to-end from planning through implementation, launch, evaluation, and iteration.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI-enabled products or features, including practical familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agents, and AI application architecture.
  • •Ability to evaluate and choose among AI tools/models/frameworks, explaining tradeoffs and limitations.
