Engagement Manager (Computer Vision), Public Sector

Lead and coordinate delivery of computer vision workflows for a national security public-sector customer. Own and support the customer account plan, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Partner with customers to scope AI/ML use cases, refine implementations built by engineering, and drive cross-functional delivery to meet customer objectives. Oversee onboarding and successful account implementation while managing stakeholder relationships from executive to end user.
