Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, maintain, and improve MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance trackers.
•Analyze large datasets to identify business trends, growth opportunities, operational gaps, and performance insights.
•Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries and build dashboards/visualizations in Power BI and/or Tableau.
•Use Python for data cleaning, automation, reporting, and analytical workflows; support automation using AI tools like Claude and Gemini.
•Own end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives, ensure data accuracy/validation, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with stakeholders on KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of SQL (advanced SQL preferred) for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
•Good understanding of Python for data analysis and automation, including hands-on experience with Python libraries.
•Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
•Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving with comfort working with large datasets.
•Ability to perform data storytelling and present insights effectively to stakeholders, including leading analytical initiatives and mentoring junior analysts.
