Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, implementation, and daily management of projects, controlling costs, staffing, schedules, quality standards, and risks.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for clients to align communication and internal resources for customer success.
  • •Collaborate with front-end business and pre-sales teams to provide technical support and guide client expectations.
  • •Analyze client organizational structures, decision-making processes, and digital maturity to create tailored delivery strategies.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and work with client stakeholders to ensure successful project “landing” and high-quality delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of professional experience in ToB (enterprise) services.
  • •Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex organizational challenges.
  • •Exceptional coordination and relationship-management skills to balance client, partner, and internal team interests.
  • •Professional working proficiency in English, supported by prior work experience or certifications.
  • •Preferred: experience in overseas delivery in industries such as Government (GovTech), Transportation, or Telecommunications (carriers).
