Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, repair, perform preventive maintenance, carry out software upgrades, and calibrate ZOLL products in line with standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Update service work documentation in the system and manage service assets.
  • •Support compliance through asset sighting and audit activities for ISO13485 and GDPMDS requirements.
  • •Oversee service depot workflow and maintain workplace organization using 5S principles.
  • •Provide daily operational support to the Service Manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while following safety and quality protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device servicing or a similar technical role.
  • •Familiarity with ISO13485 compliance and service documentation practices.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in electronic and electromechanical systems.
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
