Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day line operations to meet productivity targets, minimizing downtime, waste, and rework.
  • •Investigate anomalies using root cause/direct cause analysis and implement solutions and corrective actions.
  • •Oversee production procedures to ensure compliance with quality specifications, GMP, and site standards.
  • •Pre-plan daily tasks before shift start to enable efficient and timely start-up.
  • •Ensure production records (batch sheets, filling sheets, clean out sheets, time sheets, logs) are accurately completed per GMP and Quality Assurance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5+ years’ experience in production within a continuous manufacturing environment.
  • •At least 3 to 5 years’ experience leading teams of 10 operators or more.
  • •Experience using SAP systems.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of Australian and NSW workplace health and safety regulations for safe manufacturing operations.
  • •Analytical mindset with strong time management, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
