Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, coach, develop, lead, and motivate the branch team to deliver excellent client service and meet branch goals.
  • •Drive branch growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics, including outside calling to small business clients.
  • •Manage branch operations and ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls, including timely completion of operational tasks.
  • •Recruit, interview, select, onboard, and train teammates; manage staffing and scheduling, including coverage across branches as needed.
  • •Implement consistent coaching and performance management using observational coaching, joint sales calls, and training tools; manage partnerships and COIs effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
  • •3+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
  • •3+ years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
  • •General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit (loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports) plus strong communication and public speaking skills.
