Job Summary

Lead the digital production of coordinated BIM designs for large multidisciplinary structural projects from concept to detailed design. Define and drive BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and information management aligned with ISO 19650, coordinating interfaces across teams and mentoring the BIM team to deliver high-quality, on-time design solutions for major metro projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the digital production of coordinated designs through all design stages.
•Take a strategic lead role on large multidisciplinary projects as well as providing bespoke design solutions to niche and architectural led concept designs.
•Define and implement project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and information management strategies aligned with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
•Manage design interfaces across multidisciplinary project teams and lead coordination meetings.
•Support the development and delivery of training and awareness sessions and maintain ongoing communication of progress and issues with the wider project team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech)
•Proven experience leading BIM-enabled design delivery on multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects
•Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards and BEP development
•Experience coordinating design interfaces across multiple disciplines and leading BIM training/awareness sessions
•Proactive hands-on leader able to manage project scope, risk and stakeholder expectations
