Job Summary

Own end-to-end customer relationships in a regional pod as a customer-facing Forward-Deployed Engineer. Lead onboarding, executive QBRs, and strategic reviews for Tier 1–2 customers while delivering tailored cyber threat intelligence and monitoring health to prevent churn. Collaborate with an agent AI stack to review AI-generated decks and briefs, drive product adoption across Vision/Hawk/Odin, and partner with Sales on renewals, upsells, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts within your regional pod as the single named point of contact.
•Conduct executive-level QBRs, onboarding sessions, and strategic reviews for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.
•Deliver actionable cyber threat intelligence tailored to each customer’s industry, geography, and asset profile.
•Monitor customer health metrics to identify churn risk and execute retention and expansion playbooks.
•Drive product adoption, configuration, and optimization across the Cyble platform; coordinate takedown workflows and support renewals/expansion with Sales.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18,000 - 35,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in customer success, threat intelligence, security operations, or technical account management in a cybersecurity or SaaS environment.
•Strong understanding of the cyber threat landscape, including threat actors, TTPs, dark web monitoring, brand protection, attack surface management, and vulnerability intelligence.
•Ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships, including C-level and CISO-level engagement.
•Comfort working with AI-augmented workflows (using and overseeing AI Agents daily) including prompt engineering and AI tool adoption.
•Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity/Computer Science/IT (or equivalent practical experience).
