Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product-led growth end to end, from first discovery through onboarding, adoption, and growth into production workloads.
  • •Grow the developer population by owning surfaces that determine whether developers start building on LiveKit and how they choose the platform.
  • •Drive onboarding and activation to close the gap between signup and successfully building something.
  • •Stay close to scaling accounts by identifying traction early and helping them scale what they build.
  • •Drive platform depth by working with product teams to make attaching products like agent hosting, LiveKit Inference, and Agent Observability the natural path early on.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in product management at a senior or staff level, ideally owning growth, activation, or retention for a developer-facing or usage-based product.
  • •Own product-led growth work (acquisition through onboarding, adoption, and expansion) with experimentation and instrumentation.
  • •Moved usage numbers (not just signups) and understand depth and durability in developer-driven growth.
  • •Technical enough to earn developer trust; comfortable with a CLI and engaging in technical discussions with customers and engineers.
