•Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives, including organizational design and effectiveness.
•Lead proposal development, participate in client pitches, and drive business development within existing accounts.

Key Requirements

•An MBA (preferred) and 8+ years of professional experience.
•Experience working in management consulting (required).
•Relevant Healthcare experience, including expertise supporting payer and health insurance organizations.
•Experience supporting product strategy, pricing strategy, or commercial excellence engagements within Healthcare.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to lead proposals and drive business development.
