Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee high-end architectural project delivery focused on user experience.
  • •Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time or earlier.
  • •Support the Director of Architecture in developing and implementing design strategies.
  • •Independently manage end-to-end design from brief preparation through procurement, technical reviews, and consultant appointments.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders to resolve design issues, manage site/procurement complexities, and deliver concept to tender and construction documentation including building permits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
  • •At least 12 years of experience in design and management roles, preferably with leading local developers.
  • •Extensive experience managing residential and commercial office projects.
  • •Knowledge coordinating across architectural, interior, landscape, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
  • •Familiarity with UAE local requirements and regulations.
