Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end configuration management for assigned programs, including configuration identification, change control, status accounting, and audit activities.
  • •Define and maintain product baselines (requirements baseline, EBOM, MBOM, SBOM) in Teamcenter to ensure compliance.
  • •Manage the engineering change process from initiation through implementation, including impact analyses, reviews through CCB/CRB, and execution tracking.
  • •Facilitate configuration control forums (Change Control Boards and Technical Review Boards) and ensure decisions are recorded and communicated.
  • •Coordinate configuration audits (FCA/PCA) and perform audits of as-built records against product definition data to ensure configuration accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related) or equivalent education and work experience.
  • •5+ years of direct product configuration management experience, including product structure, parts, drawings, and requirements management.
  • •Experience in high-complexity, high-rate production environments such as aerospace, automotive, or medical devices.
  • •Familiarity with configuration management standards and practices (EIA-649/C, MIL-HDBK-61B).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
