Job Summary

Support the Shift Lead with shipping and receiving paperwork for finished goods, packaging materials, ingredients, and related claims. Coordinate with carrier drivers, answer phones, and manage email workflows for product and material movement. Use SAP to create and verify load sheets, print and file bills, maintain receiving and shipping schedules, perform Yard View audits, track inbound/outbound loads, and prepare samples for corporate QA and customer requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Shift Lead by maintaining shipping and receiving paperwork for finished goods, packaging materials, ingredients, claims, and related processes.
•Interact with carrier drivers, including providing directions for dropping and picking up trailers and supplying required paperwork and seals.
•Use SAP to print, verify, and file load sheets and bills; ensure accuracy and correct copies.
•Coordinate with the corporate team to check updates, make corrections, and print/post shipping schedule appointments; update receiving schedules with carriers.
•Perform Yard View input functions and audits, track inbound/outbound loads using Transplace, and prepare/ship samples to corporate QA and customer requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is required.
•Previous clerical experience is preferred.
•Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

•Experience with SAP and other logistics/yard/shipping tools (SAP, Uber Freight, Yard View, ODFL, Chep, Excel, Work and Teams) is preferred.
