Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, build, and maintain the GTM tech stack, including CRM, CPQ, and marketing automation infrastructure
  • •Design and own integrations and data flows between GTM systems and the data warehouse using APIs, webhooks, and reverse ETL
  • •Build automations to improve data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and deal desk processes
  • •Develop AI-powered and agent-based workflows that remove manual work and surface timely signals to reps
  • •Ensure data integrity across systems using clear data models, deduplication, validation rules, and monitoring

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in GTM Engineering, Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or a technical Sales/Marketing Ops role at a high-growth company
  • •Hands-on experience administering and customizing a CRM (Salesforce), including objects, flows, permissions, and integrations
  • •Experience building and maintaining CPQ and billing systems (preferred)
  • •Strong SQL skills and experience working with a data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • •Experience building integrations with APIs and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Tray.io) with Python or JavaScript a plus
