Job Summary

Deliver housing support services under the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services (AASC) contract, supporting service users in their area. Manage property standards across initial accommodation through monthly inspections, handling incidents, repairs, welfare checks, safeguarding needs, and signposting. Provide inductions, manage access for suppliers/visitors, and support day-to-day site operations including registers and reception duties, while ensuring safety, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver core service user support services under the AASC contract within the initial accommodation area.
•Complete monthly property inspections (and further inspections as required) to ensure contractual standards, performance targets, and legal compliance.
•Provide welfare support, signposting, inductions for new service users, and manage incidents and complaints raised via AIRE Services.
•Undertake first fix and minor repairs where identified and tasked; maintain property standards and follow all contract processes and policies.
•Support day-to-day IA operations (e.g., daily registers, post, reception duties) and ensure safety/compliance through CCTV monitoring, patrols, fire alarm testing, and emergency evacuations.

Salary: GBP 29,250 annually
