Key Responsibilities

•Implement and execute regional and global strategies locally, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives, priorities, and standards.
•Provide local market insight, performance data, and risk input to the Regional Director to inform decision making.
•Support regional initiatives and transformation programmes, including agreed priorities such as data, technology, and net zero.
•Ensure consistent application of company policies, operating models, and governance frameworks.
•Provide oversight of key projects within the country, ensuring they are delivered in line with scope, quality, budget, and programme requirements.

Key Requirements

•Degree in engineering, architecture, project management, or related discipline.
•Proven experience in operational leadership or senior management roles, preferably within a multinational professional services or project based environment within the Real Estate or Industrial sector.
•Experience in managing business performance, delivery, and people within an agreed governance framework.
•Sound financial and commercial understanding, with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
•Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
