Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine facilities maintenance and non-technical troubleshooting and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry requests
  • •Conduct site-wide maintenance including painting, patching, tile replacement, and carpet work
  • •Inspect and repair interior/exterior areas such as walls, floors, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting
  • •Support janitorial and hospitality requests including moving furniture/equipment, waste disposal with forklifted dumpsters, and event setup/tear down
  • •Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed and resolve maintenance requests via electronic work tickets

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of facilities maintenance experience

  • •Experience with construction/maintenance tasks including plumbing systems and/or carpentry repairs
