VP, Engineering - Trane Technologies (Stellar Energy America)

Lead the engineering organization for Stellar Energy America as a Senior Leadership Team member, owning engineering strategy, organizational leadership, and product/technology road mapping. Direct full lifecycle engineering for engineered-to-order modular cooling solutions, including chilled-water plants and liquid cooling systems for data centers and industrial cooling markets. Build and scale the engineering team, establish operating processes, manage budgets and plans, and partner cross-functionally to drive profitable, customer-focused growth.
