Job Summary

Operate a crusher and other construction equipment (roller, motor grader, excavator, loader, water truck) safely and efficiently to support sand, rock, and construction services operations. Perform daily safety and maintenance checks, load/unload materials, backfill and compact soil, and assist with construction of buildings, roads, and bridges. Ensure compliance with OSHA/MSHA requirements, report equipment issues, and travel between job sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
•Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on all equipment prior to use.
•Load and unload materials onto/from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles using various machinery.
•Backfill excavations and compact soil using heavy equipment.
•Assist in construction of buildings, roads, bridges, and other projects, and perform other duties as assigned.
