Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate sandblasting machines to process product surfaces according to technical procedures and machine operating instructions.
  • •Verify input compliance and inspect surface appearance and dimensions after sandblasting; classify conforming, defective, and rework-needed items.
  • •Report quality incidents promptly to management.
  • •Perform basic machine maintenance: cleaning, replacing dust filter bags, sieving sand for reuse, and inspecting/servicing equipment before, during, and after shifts.
  • •Comply with safety and 5S: use PPE, follow occupational safety and fire prevention rules, maintain cleanliness, attend safety/5S training, and report safety/5S incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Operate sandblasting machines to process product surfaces (Tua vít, Ngũ kim) according to technical procedures.
  • •Ensure surface cleanliness, roughness, and aesthetics meet required standards.
  • •Perform self-checks of input material compliance before sandblasting and verify surface and dimensions after processing.
  • •Carry out primary maintenance: clean equipment, periodically replace dust filter bags, and sieve sand for reuse; inspect and service machines before, during, and after shifts.
  • •Strictly comply with safety requirements and 5S policies, including using required PPE (mask, gloves, earplugs).
