Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage catering operations to meet client objectives and revenue goals, including coordinating with marketing and culinary teams
•Identify and resolve operational issues affecting catering sales performance and work with departments on solutions
•Establish and monitor inventory controls, labor scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions and cost controls across departments
•Develop and update food and beverage policies and procedures; ensure adherence to sanitation and safety standards
•Coordinate day-to-day restaurant operations and collaborate with department managers to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Key Requirements

•Must have 10 years of experience and 4 years in similar positions with GCC experience
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, with P&L, budgeting and labor controls experience
•Develop and implement standardized inventory control procedures and cost controls across departments
•Experience in setting policies/procedures for food and beverage operations and sanitation standards
•Bachelor's/MBA degree (MBA) or relevant advanced degree; strong client management and team leadership skills
